2. Find the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions online.
The following items are non-returnable
- Fragrance Items including Candles, Perfume.
- Color Cosmetics
Food Products as found in Gourmet and Wellness.
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item and complete a new purchase.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. An image and description of the issue may be required. If possible, we will provide and expedited return.
Bags & Accessories
All branded packaging, dust bags and tags should be included.
Please return in original condition, without markings. Include the dust bag and box. Remember to try them on a carpeted surface in order to protect the soles.
Skincare, haircare and must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Please keep the protective adhesive strip intact. If the adhesive is removed, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
These pieces must be returned, unworn, in the original packaging. Any branding cards or tags must be included.
Wellness & Home Décor
Candles, diffusers or other fragrance are not returnable. All other household items may be returned in original condition and with all original branding and packaging.
