Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further.

You have 15 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery.
The item(s) needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

The following items are non-returnable
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item and complete a new purchase.
If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please email customer service within 7 days of delivery. Include an image and description of the issue. Where possible, a replacement will be sent. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be issued.
Bags & Accessories
All branded packaging, dust bags and tags should be included.
Please return in original condition, without markings Include the dust bag and box. Remember to try them on a carpeted surface in order to protect the soles.
Skincare, haircare and must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Please keep the protective adhesive strip intact. If the adhesive is removed, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
These pieces must be returned, unworn, in the original packaging. Any branding cards or tags must be included.
Wellness & Home Décor
Candles, diffusers or other fragrance is not returnable. All other household items may be returned in original condition and with all original branding and packaging.
