At Yes She May, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
You may return your item when it is presented with established proof of purchase and the item is in new, unused, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed condition and with all tags attached including hang tags, protective labels, and original packaging. Exceptions apply (see below for more details). Items that are used, altered, washed or damaged or do not have proof of purchase from YesSheMay.com may be denied a refund or exchange.
Please do not contact the brand directly as they will not be able to process your return.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, please initiate your return first and then make a new purchase.
To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be mailed out within 10 days after receipt of return shipping label.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace, or credit the items in the following categories:
- Candles, diffusers, fragrance and perfume
- Color cosmetics
- Panties & Thongs
- Gourmet or food products
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Clearance Items
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions for customers who demonstrate unreasonable return patterns.
