At Yes She May, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days after receipt request a return for store credit. You may return your item when it is presented with established proof of purchase and the item is in new, unused, undamaged condition and with all tags attached. Exceptions apply (see below for more details). Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Please do not contact the brand directly as they will not be able to process your return.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, please initiate your return first and then make a new purchase.
Qualified returns are eligible for a full refund in the form of a store credit if returned within 15 days with a receipt.
To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be mailed out within 7 days after receipt of return shipping label.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace, or credit the items in the following categories:
- Candles, diffusers, fragrance and perfume, color cosmetics and make up, gourmet or food products, and monogrammed or personalized items
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions for customers who demonstrate unreasonable return patterns.
